Bridging theory and real-world practice
I help designers connect theory with real-world practice, turning project management frameworks into tools they can actually use. Beyond teaching concepts, I mentor emerging project managers to strengthen team collaboration and tackle complex challenges with confidence.
As a professor in Project Management (aligned with PMP) at Buenos Aires University, I guide 10–20 students per year through real-world cases and simulations. I’ve directed over 25 final projects, helping students apply strategic project management frameworks to actual design challenges while fostering practical thinking and teamwork.
I also provide mentoring to professionals in studios and design firms, guiding them on workflow optimization, team alignment, and project execution. By bridging academic concepts with everyday practice, I help both emerging and experienced project managers translate knowledge into results that make an impact on real projects.
